Very poor quality and service

“Your staff is not properly trained and isn't on a 4 star level at all. Same goes for the breakfast, when not even ordering a decent quality of coffee.”

Good location but..

“Quick check-in Room was ok - asked for a high floor. Given my 3rd visit I would have thought I might have got one but still ended up on 4th. Tv wasn’t working the first night / next morning. Breakfast is good but staff working there don’t really engage.”

Good location but where is the hot water?

“Small room, but suitable. Issue with pressure and temperature of water (at least on the 12th floor), luke warm at the most....On a postive note, the breakfast buffet is excellent, set aside the espresso machine that apparently were OOO”

Stunning City View, Disappointing Service

“This hotel is a pretty picture with a good bed and a great city view. Unfortunately, the positives end there. For the price, you get zero service, unresolved problems, and even a lack of toilet paper in the room. The air conditioning was a major issue. The windows couldn't be opened, and the air conditioning worked poorly, making the room either too hot and humid or too cold. The shower water pressure was very weak, making it frustrating to use. The hygiene kit was disappointing, consisting only of two types of bar soap, cotton pads and earsticks. It was only replenished after asking at reception. The hotel hosts discos on the 14th floor every weekend. Light sleepers should be prepared for noise until late at night, which can be quite disturbing. Despite notifying the staff in advance about my spouse's birthday, there was no special recognition. After reminding them again, they brought two cookies, which were underwhelming. The floors throughout the hotel were incredibly dirty, causing shoes to stick, which was very unpleasant. We reported these issues to the reception, but the only solution offered was to change rooms. We believed the problems were building-wide (as mentioned in other reviews) and didn't want to give up the best part of our room – the view of the city. In conclusion, apart from the comfortable bed and the amazing view, this hotel falls short in many areas, especially in terms of service and cleanliness. For the price, I expected much better.”

A Happy find

“It was quiet and clean and the beds were comfy. The shower was hot and the room had everything we needed. The tasty food and the fabulous view from the roof was an unexpected bonus. It was easy to navigate there from the Metro and I would happily stay there again.”

Unique Property - Not Conducive to Business

“Rooms are very small and best for solo traveler. Does not have a good workspace for conducting business (no chair with a backrest, only one electric plug, closet is out in the open so background in meetings has to be blurred or virtual), temperature control issues (room and hallway was hot), toiletries were lacking (soap, shampoo all in one solid bar, no conditioning rinse). Staff were friendly, helpful, wonderful! Morning breakfast and view from Penthouse was great!”
